My story

Hi, I'm Hannah!

Content pending Hannah's approval

I've been coaching health and fitness since 2011.

My background started in gymnastics, and from there I found my way into CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. Those sports taught me how much the body is capable of, and how much it depends on smart training and real recovery.

Over the years I've worked in personal training, remote programming, nutrition coaching, and recovery, with people of very different fitness backgrounds and athletic abilities. Coaching has also taken me to some amazing places, including Denver, Thailand, India, and France.

Along the way, my approach changed. Lasting progress rarely comes from doing more. It comes from training with purpose, eating in a way that supports you, and giving your body what it needs to recover.

That's what I focus on today. Through the Cortisol RESET Method, my signature online coaching approach, I help women 35+ build strength, improve their energy, and create habits that actually fit their lives.

Coaching philosophy

Stronger doesn't always mean doing more.

Your body doesn't operate in separate little boxes, and your coaching shouldn't either. HKDUB Coaching takes a balanced approach built on four connected pillars.

01

SMART Strength Training

Purposeful strength training and individualized programming designed to build muscle, improve confidence, and support recovery.

02

Flexible Nutrition

Practical nutrition guidance that meets you where you are, from building sustainable habits to using more structured tracking when it's helpful.

03

Stress & Nervous System Support

Everyday practices that help you manage stress and support your body's ability to recover.

04

Sleep & Lifestyle Habits

Realistic routines that support long-term progress, without all-or-nothing rules.

Training builds strength, nutrition fuels it, and recovery and stress support help it last. These four pillars are the foundation of the Cortisol RESET Method, and when they work together, progress becomes something you can keep.
